Americans drink an average of 50 gallons of soda per year per person. No wonder soda companies make billions of dollars a year. Coca-Cola Classic has 39 grams of sugar, Cherry Coke has 42 grams, and A&W Root Beer has 46.5 grams of soda. That’s a total of 186 calories for 1 12-oz can. But we all know we don’t drink only 12-0z cans but 46 oz. Super Big Gulps. It’ll take you 30 minutes of cardio to burn off 186 calories.
Energy drinks is the hottest sector for beverage makers. Companies like Rockstar, Redbull and Monster are growing rapidly. So fast, conglomerates like Pepsi & Coke want a piece of the action by buying or launching their own brands. Coke has Full Throttle and Pepsi has AMPED. Here is a short list of energy drinks and their sugar content:
Rockstar Punched Guava – 102 g of sugar
Jolt Energy – 94 g
Mountain Dew Game Fuel – 77 g
Sobe Power Fruit Punch – 66 g
Rockstar Citrus Punched – 62 g
Amp Elevate – 58 g
Vitamin Water Energy Citrus – 33 g
Red Bull – 27 g

doesn’t stop there. What looks and seems healthy isn’t always the case. Green tea is supposed to help you burn fat but it defeats the purpose when green tea drinks are loaded with sugar
such as Sobe Green Tea which has 61 grams of sugar.
Sobe Green Tea – 61 grams of sugar
Nestea Peach Green Tea – 57.5 g
Lipton Iced Tea – 53 g
Snapple Tea – 36 g

The biggest scam of them all is Vitamin Water. Marketed as healthy and labeled/named “Water”, Vitamin Water has as much sugar as some sodas. It has 33 grams of sugar which is almost as much as a can of Coke. In fact, Vitamin Water has been sued for their deceptive marketing

Yeah! there are so many energy drinks available in the market and its really difficult to select best among all. In today's world we can't judge things by just it's label. According to my research Green drink is best among all. Try this drink if you want to be fit and active.
